WHO AM I?

Am I a body only? OR a POWER who controls MY body ? Actually we never say 'I, THE BODY'. Instead we say 'MY BODY', means 'I' must be different from 'my body' and should be the controller of the same. IT must be an energy which transform in to various actions performed through my body. YES, I AM AN ENERGY , CAN NEITHER BE CREATED NOR CAN BE DESTROYED. I AM ETERNAL . SO, NOBODY CAN EVEN TOUCH ME. This body of mine is just like my dress or costume. If somebody says anything about my dress, I don't mind. For me, it is more important that I should save myself to do more constructive works instead of going in to waste thoughts. Remember , to choose the right way of doing anything is in your own hands. Be careful and BE with yourself to get the power. Nobody can empower YOU except yourself. HELP YOURSELF. An old saying is 'GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES'.
