SANSKARS

As 'I' am the controller i.e. an energy and my body is my costume, so 'I' am one and costumes are many. 'I' acquired many costumes during my journey and due to these costumes I have got many impressions of different shades. To put on a costume is known as birth of mine, so I have many births including the present one. Last births' impressions and this birth's are my sanskars. Anyone can change his bad sanskars (habits) in to good by practice. Again one has to do work on himself only but not on others.
