MANAGE YOURSELF

Before going to manage our family or work or outside situations we have to learn to manage ourselves.
Spend sometime with YOURSELF in the morning daily. Situations are outside and my state of mind is inside. I can control myself and by doing the same I will be able to handle the situations also. I will remain happy irrespective of the circumstances and situations. I will not lose my happiness.
YOU can give this kind of instructions to your mind when you wake up and practise the same during the whole day. Remind yourself about the instructions given in the morning.
I AM A PURE, PEACEFUL, HAPPY, LOVING, AND POWERFUL BEING. These are my qualities and I'll not lose my qualities.
