POWER OF THOUGHT
You have a thought and you become stable. Within a second's thought, you can stabilise yourself either here or there. Thoughts are the LIFT to take you up or down. Through thought you can reach the most elevated, highest destination. Do you have the practice of this experience? YOU are the master to use the power of thought.Do you experience such mastery? Do you experience yourself to be the creator who creates thoughts? Are you influenced by the creation(your)? SELF COUNSELLING may help you in the beginning as you have number of thoughts. Start your day with conversation with yourself. When you wake up in the morning,SAY good morning to yourself n just try to talk with yourself and give your mind few instructions for the whole day about how'll you feel throughout day. You'll not try to change others and situations but yourself. THROUGHOUT the day whenever you get time remind yourself about the instructions given in the morning. At night when you go to bed check yourself whether you followed the instrctions or not. 'This day is over, I did my job as I could do it.'Today's account is clear so I am going to sleep. SAY good night to yourself.Do experiment for one day and if you like to continue it is in your favour.
